Step 11: In da Run Box, at da end, add: /callto: phonenumber, ex: "callto:+9478xxxxxxxx".
( note - dare is no space between da : and phonenumber)

Step 12: Either clik da Schedule tab to fine tune scheduling (MWF only, etc) or clik Finish.

If u like to keep Skype up and running u will need to allow pass through calls.
Do this by opening skype --> go to : tools --> options--->advanced.
